LEMONGRASS MOJITO

Enjoy this fragrant twist on a classic.

LEMONGRASS MOJITO

 

Ingredients

2 tablespoons of Very Lazy® lemongrass paste

4 tablespoons light brown sugar

6 sprigs fresh mint, leaves picked

2 limes, cut into wedges

100 ml Bacardi Carta Blanco

1 large handful crushed ice, to serve

Soda water, to serve

Method

1. Divide the Very Lazy® lemongrass, sugar and mint between two tall glasses, then crush with a muddler or the end of a rolling pin to release all the flavours.

2. Add the lime wedges, bash up the mixture a little more, then pour 50ml of rum into each one.

3. Fill the glasses with crushed ice and top up with soda.
