Heat the oven to 200C.

Put the gnocchi into a baking dish along with the diced chicken breast.

Mix the smoked garlic paste, milk, lemon zest, 2 tbsp parmesan and season well.

Add the frozen spinach to the baking dish and pour over the cream.

Bake in the centre of the oven for 30-35 mins, giving it a gentle mix halfway to break up the spinach, until the gnocchi is tender.

Grate over the remaining parmesan for the final 5 minutes!
