Turn up the oven to 200ÂșC! 'Cos you can't eat without a pre-heat...

Butter up 6 basins and whack 'em on a baking tray.

Melt the butter and chop up some dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl, then stir until smooth. Allow to cool for 15 mins.

Whip up a storm by whiskin' the brown sugar and eggs, one at a time. Then add in the Very Lazy Chopped Red Chillies and flour. Mix till smooth.

Divvy out your mixture among the basins and bake for 10-12 mins until the tops are firm but the middles are squidgy.

Run a knife around the edge of each mould, turn the lava cakes out and serve with a sprinkle of icing sugar.
